Do you offer express shipping?

We offer a size of 140 x 140 cm (55” x 55”). If you would like other dimensions, please feel free to write to us, and we will gladly consider your request.

Can I have my scarf made in other materials like cashmere?

If you would like a different material, please feel free to write to us, and we will gladly consider your request.

Can I choose a different color for my scarf?

We offer different shades for each scarf, but you can write to us and we will consider your request.

Can I choose a different color for the edging of my scarf?

I’m getting married and want to order scarves for my bridesmaids. Can I get a discount for purchasing multiple items?

I entered an incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

Please inform us as soon as possible, and we will do everything in our power to help you. However, please note that if the package has already been shipped and is returned, additional shipping costs will apply and must be covered by the customer.
